Cultural projects for the research and restoration of early music

About REVIVART

REVIVART Association is a non-profit organization focused on culture and education, operating primarily in the musical field. The organization was founded in 2021 with the aim of revitalizing and bringing to public attention early music, especially Byzantine music, which remains insufficiently explored both nationally and internationally.

Since its establishment, REVIVART Association has successfully obtained several non-reimbursable grants through participation in editorial and cultural project competitions organized by the National Cultural Fund Administration (AFCN). Between 2021 and 2025, four large-scale projects were implemented, addressing early music enthusiasts: performers, researchers, musicologists, and admirers of the genre.

In January 2025, REVIVART Association obtained Erasmus+ accreditation for adult education and is now preparing to implement a project focused on the inclusion of vulnerable individuals through music therapy.

Testimonials

  • I started Greek classes because of a song I saw on YouTube that I really liked. […] Ms. Eva has a special talent for making difficult things easy and enjoyable. I have learned a lot in the few weeks since I started the course, and I highly recommend it.

  • I taught Modern Greek to beginner students for three months. I had the opportunity to meet people from Romania and abroad. The courses were recorded and posted on the REVIVART association’s YouTube channel, so that they would be available to everyone. For me, it was a first and a promotion for the Modern Greek language, but it also meant opening up a university to society. I would like to thank the team for the invitation and collaboration, and I am very happy that I had this opportunity to address such a wide audience and come into contact with people who love Greece and the Modern Greek language.
